Who We Are

CAF runs 13 active programs focused on the real needs of vulnerable children, youth, and families in African communities. Below is a categorized overview:

Education & Child Welfare

Target

Youth & Women Empowerment

Target

Vocational & Technical Training

We train young people in practical skills — from tailoring and carpentry to digital literacy and entrepreneurship — to foster self-reliance and reduce unemployment.

Wezesha Vijana Programme

A human-centered life-skills initiative empowering adolescent girls and young women to identify their needs and lead solutions to economic, social, and health challenges.

Mentorship

Through community-led mentorship and coaching, we nurture young leaders and encourage positive life choices.

Livelihoods & Food Security

Food Security / Social Enterprise

Through organic farming and vertical gardens, we promote nutrition and income generation. CAF trains families to grow food sustainably and create surplus for sale.

Charity Programmes

CAF runs targeted charity drives and outreach campaigns to support the most vulnerable — from emergency food packages to family rebuilding efforts.

Welfare Services

We offer practical, emotional, and logistical support to struggling families during life’s most difficult moments.

Health & Rights

Medical Support: CAF provides access to essential healthcare services and connects vulnerable individuals with medical insurance coverage where possible.

Elimination of Violence: Against Women & Girls (VAWG)
CAF strengthens systems that prevent and respond to gender-based violence. We use advocacy campaigns, referrals, and survivor-led activism to protect women and girls.

Environment & Community

Environmental Protection & Conservation: We work with schools and communities to plant indigenous trees, run environmental clubs, and promote sustainable living through kitchen gardens and eco-awareness.

Sports for Development: CAF believes in the power of sport — especially football — to unite communities, teach discipline, and drive youth transformation.
